Falls Creek Hotel

Can't recommend this hotel enough. We stayed here for 5 nights and went for the breakfast and evening meal included option. The food was the highlight of our stay. The cooked breakfasts were great and had a good selection. The evening meals were delicious and there was fantastic variety. After a day of skiing, I decent cooked meal was exactly what we wanted. With the evening meal, you can select a 3 course meal. The portions were huge and we rarely had enough space for pudding. The hotel has a steam room, pool and hot tub which were all excellent. A drying room and laundry facilities were also helpful. There is a ski hire shop at the entrance and a locker is included with your room. There is a guest lounge area away from the bar/restaurant area which was a great place to relax and read a book. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the start of the slopes. We had to walk across a road when we were there, but that's because it hadn't really snowed. There is a happy hour here on Tuesday and Thursday 3:30 to 5:30 where you can get a large cocktail jug for $40. It does get a bit rowdy in the bar and balcony during this time but you can escape the the guest lounge if it gets a bit loud. Would definitely return!

We had a fantastic holiday at falls creek hotel , we stayed 5 nights with my family of 4 Food was amazing , large meals especially dinner , we couldn’t fault a meal . Staff were very friendly and helpful, the heated pool and spa was just what we needed after a big day on slopes. We could ski straight to the lift With the hire shop right down stairs . Rooms had a great view of the village and the lounge area was lovely to sit by the fire each day. The only suggestion I would offer is a bit more of a healthy alternative for breakfast menu ,yogurt/fruit or something but apart from that everything was amazing. We will be back

Right on the snow. Prices really good. ☕ fantastic ( this became our go to place for a small walk from the falls creek country Club and Great tasting coffee-qudos!) Sometimes a great coffee can make your day. Warms the body, takes away the aches of an hr or 2 of skiing when you haven't done it in 3 years. And wakes you up if your feeling a bit run down. some other venue we tried didn't have the staffing available straight away to be able to do a coffee as the coffee section was not in the bar area. So I am greatful!!! The service as great and the staff friendly and helpful and the views sublime of the ski area and lifts.
